Case 03 · Agricultural transport
Transporte OMA
From the paper log to fuel control.
The case
From paper at the pump to a phone.
Context
An SMB that hauls farm machinery: 8 trucks and its own diesel tank.
Problem
A paper sheet at the pump: only 8 of 15 refuels had the odometer reading, and 200 L didn't add up without anyone noticing.
Solution
An installable app logs every refuel with a photo of the flow meter, even offline, and checks on its own that the pump reading adds up.
