The case

Collections, off paper.

Context

For Nexha Consultora: a distributor in Santa Fe, Argentina, with its own deliveries to shops.

Problem

Collections lived on one paper sheet per route, with no copy, and nobody reconciled the cash.

Solution

A clickable prototype: drivers log each payment on their phone and the office reconciles the cash, in the same shape as their paper sheet.

Result

1 day from a photo of the paper sheet to a clickable prototype. The owner tries it before deciding to invest.

Walkthrough
