Case 01 · Agricultural technology
CRM Plantium
The whole sales network in one place. Everyone sees their own.
The case
From a spreadsheet to a sales network.
Context
Plantium, an Argentine maker of precision-agriculture technology, sells through its own network of 27 official dealers.
Problem
Everything lived in a spreadsheet with a form: the customer base was split across 4 sources, nobody could see just their own accounts, and commissions were argued over with no record.
Solution
A custom CRM, on desktop and mobile, that runs the sale end to end and shows each person only what's theirs, based on their place in the network.

Exchange rate stays locked
Each deal stores its own, so commissions can be audited months later.
